- 45ml Prìncipe De Los Apóstoles gin
- 15ml Giffard Crème de Pêche
- 15ml Monin Pistachio
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Add all of the ingredients and some cubed ice to a cocktail shaker. Make sure it is securely closed.
- Shake for roughly 10 seconds to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour it through a strainer into a glass (ideally a coupe glass!) to ensure it is smooth.
- Garnish with a physalis flower.
