Spinach and Dark Chocolate Smoothie
This recipe can be adapted to taste (add either almond milk or honey for example, plus a selection of nuts to give the smoothie a rough texture).

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter ( or almond butter)
  • 4 small pitted dates
  • 1 cup oat milk (or another form of plant milk)
  • 1 firm banana
  • 6 small squares of chopped, high-cocoa, organic dark chocolate
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Whizz until all ingredients combined.
  2. Serve in glasses with ice cubes (optional)
