Pizza Salad

- 1 small cabbage
- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Black pepper
- Shred the cabbage.
- Blanch for a minute or two in boiling water.
- Let cool.
- Mix cabbage, oil and vinegar, and add pepper to taste.
