Hazelnut and Spinach Salad

- Ingredients
- A bag of spinach
- A handful of hazelnuts
- Butter
- Wilt the spinach in a little butter
- Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- Put the spinach in a bowl - or divide between plates - and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
