Iced Tea

- Your favourite tea, I use Earl Grey, in bags no less, for this.
- Lots of ice.
- Sugar to taste (optional).
- Slices of orange, lemon and strawberries (optional).
- Sprigs of mint (optional).
- Cold water or soda water.
- Brew half a litre of medium strong tea.
- Sweeten (or not) and let cool a little.
- Put lots of ice in a jug.
- Add fruit and a sprigs of mint, if you want to.
- Add tea.
- Top up with cold water or soda water.
- Store in the fridge for up to three days - remove the orange slices and mint when they've imparted the level of flavour you want.
- Serve over ice and with a fresh slice of orange.
