Ingredients
  • Your favourite tea, I use Earl Grey, in bags no less, for this.
  • Lots of ice.
  • Sugar to taste (optional).
  • Slices of orange, lemon and strawberries (optional).
  • Sprigs of mint (optional).
  • Cold water or soda water.
Instructions
  1. Brew half a litre of medium strong tea.
  2. Sweeten (or not) and let cool a little.
  3. Put lots of ice in a jug.
  4. Add fruit and a sprigs of mint, if you want to.
  5. Add tea.
  6. Top up with cold water or soda water.
  7. Store in the fridge for up to three days - remove the orange slices and mint when they've imparted the level of flavour you want.
  8. Serve over ice and with a fresh slice of orange.
