Eden Mill Gin House at The Caley Bar

Turkish Delight cocktail: Eden Mill Love gin, créme de cacao and gomme.

Until the end of the August, The Caley Bar hosts Gin House, featuring Eden Mill gin and cocktails. I went to the opening night to try them out.

Their original gin is bright and citrussy, a great cocktail base and refreshing with Fentiman’s floral tonic. The Love gin was interesting: rose flavoured, it makes a lovely Turkish Delight cocktail with gomme and white créme de cacao. The Oaked Negroni was a little softer than the original, gentled with smoke and peppery with oak gin.
