Sicilian Lady
Inspired by White Lady, the 1920s British classic cocktail, the citrus, Italian twist on this cocktail is an alcoholic delight.

  • 45ml Prìncipe De Los Apóstoles gin
  • 15ml Giffard Crème de Pêche
  • 15ml Monin Pistachio
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  1. Add all of the ingredients and some cubed ice to a cocktail shaker. Make sure it is securely closed.
  2. Shake for roughly 10 seconds to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Pour it through a strainer into a glass (ideally a coupe glass!) to ensure it is smooth.
  4. Garnish with a physalis flower.
