On Thursday, Amy and Caroline went to Gayfield Creative Spaces to celebrate the launch of AwB Bespoke, Angels with Bagpipes’ catering service.
AwB Bespoke aims to gild social occasions with excellent food and they certainly did so on launch night. Prosecco with rose-hip syrup on arrival made us feel welcome.
As well as a buffet of cold meats, fish and vegetables (sweet pickled beetroot and ham hock terrine: yum!) there were dishes of delicate mackerel, beef on truffle polenta, cheese, jars of chocolate mousse and even marshmallows. Which we toasted.
