I’m Danielle Ellis and I founded Edinburgh Foody. In 2014 I went to France to train as a professional baker in France. I run bread classes for both public courses and for companies. I teach some of the techniques I learnt in France.

The Real Bread Campaign is part of the food and farming charity Sustain. The aim is to raise money to continue to work as the only organisation that is dedicated to championing Real Bread and its rightful place at the hearts of our local communities.
