Kerry and I had the pleasure of popping into Dishoom, the amazing new Bombay Cafe on St Andrew’s Square on launch night.

I was slightly hesitant about a night of cocktails when I had stupidly agreed to do Dry January, but Dishoom had it sorted with an amazing non-alcoholic number called Virtuous Tulsi Sour. The secret recipe was a hit & I certainly didn’t feel out of place with the stylish glasses used to serve these more-ish little numbers.

So drinks ticked, but what about the food? We enjoyed a fabulous taster selection of around five different dishes, which would definitely make you want to go back to experience a full meal. The lamb bobti was certainly the winner on the night for me & Kerry. My next visit will be to sample breakfast & try out their bacon naan. It would be rude not to!
