Festive Parties at the Waldorf

This post is going to come with a bah-humbug warning.  The Fringe may have only just finished but if you’re in charge of booking your festive celebrations, now’s the time to get on the case. I went along to a festive preview of what’s on offer at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh, affectionately known as the Caledonian.

We got to sample bite-sized, moreish mouthfuls of just some of the tastings on offer, paired beautifully with some fizz.  There were even some mini Irn-Bru cupcakes, which even as a non cake-lover, were surprisingly delicious and a lovely way to round off the evening.
