Quick bites: Y-fronts, underwear biscuits, chocolate lollipops

I am a firm believer that it is the little touches that make all the difference.  Endear yourself to your significant other with a little foody touch – especially one guaranteed to make them smile. With a little planning this is easily achieved.

Here are some foody finds we’ve come up with:

Cupcakes and Cookies

Located on Williams Street in Edinburgh, the first thing you notice when you walk into Liggy’s is how wonderful it smells – a very good sign!

Liggy’s has some wonderful Valentine’s items –  check out the underwear biscuits and y-front cupcakes, prices from £2.50. You can order online or collect from the shop. The male versions are not yet up on the site, so do ring or pop into the shop.

Vanilla Stick

All, well maybe most of us love chocolate. David wanted to make chocolate even better so came up with the idea of chocolate lollipops! These beautiful creations come in lots of different flavours – some have marshmallow filling and for those of us who prefer the dark side of chocolate, he’s got those covered too.  My personal favourite of those I’ve tried are the classic lollipops the round, flat ones below. Order online and they’ll be delivered with your personalised message. Lollipops can be shipped all over the world.

  1. Hmm it appears like your blog ate my first
comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for novice blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.

    • Thank you for your kind comment. Write regularly, once a week minimum,. We each find it very helpful to have the other around so we can balance things out when life gets in the way. I suggest you find a guest blogger or two. Last but not least, don’t feel pressured, your doing it because you enjoy it!
