Taking my car for a service and its annual MOT in Leith at the end of June, I noticed a new restaurant, Borough, in the space that was previously Norn and before that the Plumed Horse. It’s great that spaces don’t stand still long in Leith, an area fast becoming a foody destination that is worth seeking out. Sadly it wasn’t open but it wasn’t long before an invitation dropped into my inbox to come and see what it was all about.
